Hamburger v iPhone

Looking at the Shake Shack Camera at around 5:30 PM today and the above graphic came to mind.

So... what's the interlocking area represent? People willing to wait to pay for overpriced things? People with money?
Having waited in line at the Shake Shack several times in my life (only once for a burger thought, and it was indeed delicious), I can say that most of the people I saw in line didn't look like "iPhone people" to me. They looked like stroller-jockeys and incredibly fat people.

I've seen the shake shack line several times on my lunch break and the thought that comes to mind is: People are stupid.

Yeah, what is the overlap?

The Grubbykid says:
It is a Venn diagram; the overlap is for those who will do both.

Jeff says:
Isn't the overlap supposed to represent a percentage of people who will do both? Have you conducted a CBS News/MTV/Grubbykid poll to ascertain what the appropriate amount of overlap is supposed to be?
I'm afraid you have very little credibility as a statistician Grubby...

I understand the dynamics of a Venn diagram, but thank you. I suppose I should ask, what are you saying about those in the overlap? Is this some sort of commentary, and if so, what is the comment? I'm just not very clear on your intentions.
