Not only is the design itself at best elementary (looks like Perkins + Will missed the late 90's Dutch boat - or clog - which was simply a re-introduction of modernist tendencies anyhow) but it also is architecture at its worst; a manifestation of gluttony.

I don't even care if there is anything even remotely interesting about it: a single residence skyscraper, a new typology, the potential of it being green or whatever one would do to qualify such a disaster.

I get the feeling there was a touch of sarcasm to Arno's comment. I am interested in what could/will be done with this, and would like to know more about the infrastructure. Is sustainability really completely out the window here?
