Free Templates!
Because I shoot a lot of film, and I often forget what it was I took a picture of, and I need some sort of system to organize all of the negative sleeves, I needed to come up with some templates. Quick.
I created a Photo Field Notes Template and a Film Sleeve Notes Template. Both are released under a Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial License and I will upload the ai/eps files.
Photo Field Notes
Features:
Record up to 37 exposures
Chart Roll Date beginning/end
Film type check-offs and film brand fields
Fit in (most) 35mm film transparent sleeves by folding in half
Fit inside a Moleskine notebook
Film Sleeve Notes
Features:
Film date, internal recording number, & sheet number fields
Film type check-offs and film brand field
Camera type field
Notes Field
Fit in (most) 35mm film transparent sleeves
