Error in Reporting
Remember that chemical weapons factory that all Murdoch news organizations were reporting? Well, U.S. officials said Monday that no chemical weapons were found at a suspected site at Najaf in central Iraq. Fair and balanced? We are wondering if anyone has a copy of the original Fox News post, to see whether or not it has been changed. If anyone had caught the live Fox News reporting of this incident, the way the matter was reported was that a chemical weapons plant had been found as a fact, not as a suspected or possible weapons plant. You be the judge, 'Fogs of War' or bad reporting or distortion of truth?Trackback Pings

i think it was reported as "suspected"... i was watching it when i was at work and it was the media who dubbed it a huge chemical weapons plant... i remember thinking that they probably screwed that up because that would be too good to be true as early as it was... i also know (which i partly learned from you) that we can only trust the media about as far as we can throw them, so i have taken everything they say with a grain of salt the size of my explorer...
